Privacy Policy

• Waitlist. Your email address, the product you are interested in, and how you found us (for example a campaign tag or the referring website).
• Account. Your name, email address and sign in details, including the identifier from Google if you sign in with Google.
• Payments. Your plan, invoices and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Your content. Prompts, scripts, uploads such as images, audio and character references, and the media VeoStudio generates for you.
• Connected YouTube channels. If you use Shorts Autopilot: your channel identifier and name, the permission tokens Google gives us, and details of the videos we upload for you such as titles, schedules and basic statistics.
• Technical data. IP address, browser and device type, and logs of requests and errors that we need to run and secure the service.

• To run VeoStudio: generate, store and export your projects, and publish to channels you connect.
• To bill you and keep accurate credit balances.
• To email you about your account, your waitlist place and important changes.
• To prevent abuse, enforce our Acceptable Use Policy and keep the service secure.
• To understand usage in aggregate and improve the product.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not use your prompts, uploads or generations to train our own AI models.

• Hosting. Google Cloud stores and runs VeoStudio, mainly in the United States.
• AI model providers. To generate media we send the relevant prompt and media to the provider that runs the model you or Auto chose. They process it to return a result under their own terms.
• Payments. Stripe processes payments and may collect information to prevent fraud.
• YouTube. When Autopilot publishes, the video and its details go to YouTube under the channel you connected.
• Legal reasons. When the law requires it, or to protect people, our users or VeoStudio.

Shorts Autopilot uses YouTube API Services, so the Google Privacy Policy also applies to that data. You can revoke VeoStudio's access at any time from your Google account permissions. When you disconnect a channel or revoke access we delete the stored tokens, and we delete the rest of the YouTube data we hold for that channel within 30 days.

The VeoStudio website does not use advertising or analytics cookies today. The studio will use essential cookies to keep you signed in. If we add anything else we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.

• Waitlist emails: until you join, unsubscribe, or ask us to delete them.
• Account data and projects: while your account is open.
• After you delete your account we delete your content within 30 days, and it leaves our backups within a further 30 days.
• Invoices and payment records: as long as tax law requires.

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to stop emailing you, by writing to support@veostudio.io. Depending on where you live, for example in California, the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have further rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

We encrypt data in transit and at rest, keep secrets in a managed vault, limit staff access, and store uploads in private storage. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and tell us right away if you suspect a problem.

VeoStudio is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We are based in the United States and process data there. If you use VeoStudio from elsewhere, your information is transferred to the United States and protected as this policy describes.
