Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated November 1, 2026
VeoStudio is for creative work. This policy lists what is not allowed, so the studio stays safe for everyone and we stay within the rules of the model providers we use. It applies to prompts, uploads, outputs and anything you publish through Shorts Autopilot.
Never allowed
- Any sexual or sexualized content involving minors. We report it to the authorities.
- Sexual content showing a real, identifiable person, and any intimate imagery made or shared without consent.
- Using a real person's face, body or voice without their permission, or presenting AI content as real footage of a real person or event in order to deceive.
- Content meant to mislead voters or interfere with elections or civic processes.
- Content that threatens, harasses, bullies or promotes hatred against people or groups.
- Content that promotes or gives instructions for terrorism, violent extremism, weapons or serious violence.
- Content that encourages suicide, self harm or eating disorders.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, including uploading media you have no right to use.
- Fraud, scams, spam, malware, or impersonating a person, brand or organization.
- Anything illegal where you live or where the content is published.
Using the service fairly
- Do not try to get around safety filters, content moderation, credit limits or the usage rules of any model provider, for example by disguising a prompt.
- Do not share accounts, resell access, or use automated scripts against the service unless we have agreed to it.
- Do not probe, overload or attack VeoStudio or the providers behind it.
Publishing to YouTube
- Follow YouTube's Community Guidelines, Terms of Service and monetization policies.
- Keep realistic AI content labelled as altered or synthetic, which Autopilot does by default.
- Do not use Autopilot for spam, mass repetitive uploads, misleading titles or thumbnails, or reuploads of other people's videos.
- Only connect channels you own or are authorized to manage.
What happens if the rules are broken
We may refuse a prompt, block or remove content, pause Autopilot, suspend or close an account, and report illegal content to the authorities. Credits spent on content that breaks these rules are not refunded. If you think we made a mistake, email us and we will review it.
Report a problem
If you see content made with VeoStudio that breaks these rules, or that uses your likeness or work without permission, email support@veostudio.io with a link or description. We act on reports quickly.
